Businesses provide important benefits for the communities they serve.

Here are some of the benefits our project will create for the community:

• Preserves open space and the agricultural use of the property.  In addition to the composting facility we intend to continue to maintain working farmland. 

• Creates a commercial rateable and provides tax revenue for the Township. Commercial rateables help ease the tax burden on residents. Having a thriving agricultural business will provide value to Mansfield Township.
